Our Employees
Our DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) receive intensive training and are DD (Developmental Disabilities) Certified. We seek employees who have relationship building skills, patience and compassion. With these characteristics present, our employees have the foundation to deliver quality support services to the people we support.
